As long as you have an active account, meaning you have actively used Our Service (or logged into Your account), we will store the information You have approved and shared with Us. If You have been inactive for 2 years, We will terminate Your account.
If You have only been using Our Service via Guest check out, Your information will be stored for up to 3 months after We have fulfilled our obligation towards You, and presuming You have no obligation towards Us. If You have an obligation to fulfil, Ex. Outstanding payments, late fees, Your information will be stored until fulfilled.

3. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INFORMATION?

Not so Ordinary may from time to time offer promotions which may have more favourable terms than those set out in these Terms, e.g. concerning payment or extended right of withdrawal. These more favourable terms apply as long as the promotion is active and for the specific goods specified by Not so Ordinary in connection with the promotion. Orders placed before a promotion starts, are not included in the time limited “new terms”. Only orders placed within the promotion period will be applicable to the time limited “new terms”. Not so ordinary reserves the right to withdraw any promotion at any time. Upon termination or revocation of a promotion, these Terms are the baseline and apply without change. Offers and deals on specific items and/or price range/ categories on the website are valid for a limited time, or as long as our stock lasts.
5. SURVEYS AND CONTESTS
We may from time to time give you the option to partake in surveys and contests. By choosing to participate, You will be asked to provide certain information. The information is used to notify winners, monitor the website traffic. We will also send participants newsletters.
By participating you automatically approve to the terms and conditions related to the survey/contest and if required, that Your personal data is shared with a sponsor(s) of that specific contest or survey.

You can terminate Your membership at any time when You do not have an active order or any other form of contact or unresolved issues with Customer Service.

Only Not so Ordinary will have access to the personal information You provide on Our platform, We do not share any personal data with third party, unless stated. (Please see section “4. Surveys and Contests” for more information).
8. HOW DOES ORDINARY COLLECT PERSONAL DATA?
Not so Ordinary collects Your personal information which You provide when You visit/sign up or get in touch via our website, social media or e-mail. We also collect information through Cookies, which You have the option to agree to share with Us. (Read more about cookies below at section 12.)

11. HOW LONG DOES NOT SO ORDINARY KEEP PERSONAL DATA?
Not so Ordinary will not retain information beyond what is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or required by applicable laws and regulations.
As long as You have an active account, meaning You have actively used Our Service (even just to log into Your account), We will store the information You have approved and shared with Us. If You have been inactive for 2 years, We will terminate Your account.
12. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data processed by Not so Ordinary at any time. Your request must be in writing and contain Your first and last name and Your full personal number. This is a reasonable measure to verify the identity of You as the right person to gain access.
If Your personal information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, You can request a correction. In certain circumstances, You have the right to restrict or object to the processing of Your personal data, for example when Your data is processed for direct marketing. You can also request that Your personal data be deleted if the personal data that Not so Ordinary has collected is no longer needed for any purpose and Not so Ordinary is not obliged by law to retain them. Through Your personal log in, You may delete and/or change any information You like, without contacting Us. Please note that You are obliged to provide all information necessary for Us to fulfil Your order, in the instance that You have erased vital personal information from Your profile.
You have the right to withdraw Your consent at any time when You do not have an order placed, invoice to pay, an open customer service case, or any other instances when an action has been taken and We as well as You, have an obligation to fulfil towards one another. We reserve the right to deny Your request of withdrawal until all obligations has been fulfilled. Your withdrawal of Your consent does not affect the legitimacy of the processing of Your personal data before Your withdrawal was made.
